FW City Council Public Comment
Ft Worth Report. Fort Worth City Council meetings are two-way conversations. Residents can voice their concerns directly to council members. Here’s how.
Have a concern? Here’s how to speak before the council
Every other Tuesday, the Fort Worth City Council meets to discuss new ordinances, awarding contracts, approving proposed developments and more. The meetings feature a public comment section where individuals who have registered beforehand can voice support or disapproval of items on the agenda. After the council agenda is posted to the city’s website, residents can register to speak by filling out a speaker card online, in person or by phone at least two hours before the meeting. You can also submit written comments before meetings if you don’t want to speak publicly.
